Welcome to the Mana Pilates Space App ("App") and the Mana Pilates Space website ("Website"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App or Website.

1. Use of the App and Website

   • The App and Website are intended for use by members and prospective members of Mana Pilates Space ("Mana").

   • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and Website. If you are under 13, you may use the App and Website only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

   • To use certain features of the App and Website, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Membership and Class Reservations

   • The App and Website allow you to manage your Mana membership, book classes, and access other services.

   • Class reservations are subject to availability and may be governed by additional policies or guidelines, which will be communicated through the App, Website, or directly by Mana staff.

4. Payments and Fees

   • The App and Website may offer features that allow you to make payments for memberships, classes, and other services. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

   • You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Recurring Payments

   • If you enroll in a membership or service that includes recurring payments, you agree to authorize Mana Pilates Space ("Mana") or its payment processor to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) for the applicable membership fees and any associated taxes or fees.

   • Some membership packages may include a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. By enrolling in these packages, you agree to remain subscribed and make payments for the duration of this minimum commitment period.

   • You may cancel your membership after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. To cancel your membership, you must approach Mana instructors, contact the Mana Pilates Space team, or send a written request to Mana via email at hello@ministryofmana.com.

   • It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available at the time of each recurring payment. If a payment is declined, your access to the services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

   • Mana reserves the right to adjust the pricing for memberships or services at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect in the next billing cycle following such notification.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • Cancellations of class reservations must be made in accordance with Mana's cancellation policy, which may be updated from time to time and communicated through the App and Website.

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Mana’s refund policy.

7. Health and Safety

   • By using the App and Website and participating in Mana activities, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a medical professional and are in good health to participate in fitness activities.

   • You agree to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Mana and to act responsibly while participating in any activities.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) provided through the App and Website are owned by Mana or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

   • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through the App and Website without prior written consent from Mana.

9. Privacy Policy

   • Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Mana Pilates Privacy Policy. By using the App and Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, Website, or participation in Mana activities.
